These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mahajana Super (PVT) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of the Mahajana Super mobile application (the "App"), the Mahajana Club Card loyalty programme, and the website at mahajanasuper.lk (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
The short version: Use the app honestly, keep your login secure, and treat points and vouchers as a loyalty perk — not cash. We can update prices, offers, and these Terms, and we'll always act in good faith.
01Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Services.
- Accounts are linked to your registered mobile number and authenticated by one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to that number and device secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
02The Mahajana Club Card & points
- Points are a loyalty reward, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
- Points and vouchers are earned, redeemed, and may expire according to the programme rules in effect at the time.
- We may adjust or reverse points credited in error, through fraud, or from a cancelled or returned transaction.
- The weekly spin wheel and streak rewards are free-to-play loyalty features. They are not gambling, require no payment, and award only Mahajana loyalty rewards.
03Orders, pricing & delivery
- Prices, offers, and product availability are shown per branch and may change without notice. Where a price is shown in error, we may cancel or correct the affected order.
- Payment for delivery orders is made at the door (cash or card with the rider) or at the till for pickup. The App does not sell digital goods and contains no in-app purchases.
- Delivery times and fees are estimates and depend on your location and branch.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another member's account;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Services; or
- Abuse promotions, points, or vouchers, including through automated or duplicate activity.
05Intellectual property
The Mahajana Super name, logo, app, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only as needed to use the Services for their intended purpose.
06Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we protect it.
07Availability & changes
- We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update, suspend, or withdraw features at any time.
- We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version at this URL, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
08Liability
To the extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, the Services are provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
09Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
